By purchasing at BathtubDoctor.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding credit card sales and our refund policy.
1. Payment Processing
1.1. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and ACH payments
1.2. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details.
1.3. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge deposits, or the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and fees.
2. Order Confirmation
2.1. You will receive an order confirmation email after your payment has been successfully processed.
2.2. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1. Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Guides, Webinars, and Online Training)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.
3.2. Services (Bathtub Reglazing, Repairs, and On-Site Training)
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3. Physical Service Products (If Applicable)
- Refunds are NOT available.
- If you require service or repair, we will do so upon inspection. Bathtub Doctor will honor our Warranty (see Warranty)
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
4.1. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, you may be permanently banned from making future purchases.
4.2. We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase and delivery to dispute any unjustified chargebacks.
5. Changes to These Terms
5.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
5.2. Your continued use of BathtubDoctor.com after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
