LIMITED WARRANTY
- I. Terms of Coverage:
Bathtub Doctor guarantees all refinished surfaces against the following:
- Peeling
- Blistering
Except for the following:
- Discoloring due to lack of cleaning (soap film)
- Man-made damage like impact chips, construction damage, scrapes, scratches, rust or corroded metal, damage caused by plumbing leaks or rubber suction mats, and discoloration of caulking.
- Bathtub Doctor cannot guarantee tile accessories like soap dishes, toothbrush holders, towel bars against peeling, matching of any colors, all colors will be an approximate shade of the original fixture manufacturer.
- Coverage Period:
Bathtub Doctor will honor this warranty upon receipt of written notice from the named customer and upon inspection of the work. Bathtub Doctor will, at its sole discretion, repair or refinish such surfaces deemed as covered under this warranty on a pro-rate basis as follows:

The Client acknowledges that Bathtub Doctor cannot guarantee exact color matches under this contract. When covering and protecting walls and fixtures, masking tapes are used, we use high quality 3M masking tape designed for delicate surfaces, I/we understand that these surfaces can peel after tape removal, I understand that Bathtub Doctor has no control as the quality of existing paint and wall coverings and will not be held liable. I also understand that delicate finishes can be discolored or lightly stained due to the use of chemicals to prepare the surfaces being treated. It is my responsibility to remove these fixtures or hardware before scheduling the refinishing. This Warranty will expire 5 years from the date of work completion, upon which date Bathtub Doctor, will have no further obligation to any service or provision made in this document.
III. Entire Understanding: This warranty constitutes the sole agreement between Bathtub Doctor and the Client regarding this warranty. It becomes effective only when signed by both parties. No amendment or modification of this warranty shall be valid or legally binding to the parties unless made in writing in a separate document and signed by both parties. If this warranty is signed by the Client and sent to Bathtub Doctor via email or Fax, the Client acknowledges that they will be bound by the warranty in an equal manner as the original document. The Client also agrees to send a copy of the signed document to Bathtub Doctor within 14 days of the email or fax transmission. It is the spirit of this agreement that this will be a mutually beneficial arrangement for both the Client and Bathtub Doctor. Both parties warrant that they have read and understood the terms set forth in this agreement. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
