REFUND
POLICY
Our goal at Bathtub Doctor, is to meet
and exceed our customers expectations.We will do that
by following strict quality control standards on every individual
project we undertake. Our pledge of guaranteed satisfaction
is unique for this industry and it is as follows:
After completing a re-glazing
installation; You, the customer will be 100% satisfied and
delighted with the work and will insist on referring us to
all your family, friends and neighbors or Bathtub Doctor will
immediately change whatever you are not pleased with and refund
you $50.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Must have a signed, valid
contract.
2. ALL progress payments, including the FINAL draw, must be
paid in full and on time.
3. If there is anything you would like touched up, changed
or punched out, please provide a written punch list.
4. Please allow a reasonable time to punch out the project.
5. If at the end of this process, you are not absolutely delighted
with the work you received from Bathtub Doctor, we will cheerfully
refund $50 of the contract price back to you.
THIS IS THE ONLY REFUND
POLICY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
